STUDIO INFORMATION

The following is important information about the studio:

For safety reasons, please wear street shoes when entering and exiting the studio. You may put your dance shoes on just before you enter the classrooms. There will be cubbies available for you to keep your street shoes and other belongings during class.

Traffic in our parking lot has become much busier. To ensure the safety of our dancers, whenever possible, please park your car and walk your child to dance class.

Holidays - The studio will be closed for regular St. Johns County school holidays including Winter Break, Spring Break and other holidays. Classes will be held on Teacher Planning Days.

Monthly Fee Structure - For consistency, monthly fees are based on an average 4-week month, even though some months have 5 weeks, while other months have holidays.

Refunds - The Registration Fee is non-refundable. Other fees may be refundable, depending on circumstances.

Late Fees – All payments are due by the first class of each month. We do not bill monthly. We ONLY bill if payment was not received by the 10th of the month. A $10.00 per month charge will be applied to all delinquent accounts. This includes monthly class fees, registration fees, recital fees, costume payments and show team charges.

Recital – At this time, we have planned the recital for Saturday, May 25th. Dress Rehearsal will be on Friday, May 24th.

Fees Related to Recital - There will be a costume deposit of $45 for each costume ordered due in November. The costume balance will be due in February. In addition, a recital fee of $65 per child will also be due In November to help defray the cost of the theatre rental.
